On April 11th, 2024, the Roxborough Development Corporation is holding a public meeting to discuss the proposed Ridge Avenue Neighborhoods Overlay District.
Representatives from five Registered Community Organizations and the Philadelphia City Planning Commission will be in attendance to discuss a proposal to revise zoning and zoning controls for Ridge Avenue. They will be providing an overview, hear community concerns, and facilitating a Q and A.
