Roxborough is attracting a flood of developers, renters, and home buyers

    Post on April 7, 2021

In an article released by the Inquirer on March 24, 2021, RPCA President Marlene Schleifer is one of several locals talking about the recent development boom in Roxbourough. According to census data, “Roxborough is outpacing the city as a whole in percentage growth of residents and numbers of new housing units. The number of rental units in the 19128 zip code is growing the fastest.”

RPCA encourages thoughtful development of our neighborhood, but have seen it getting out of hand in recent years. We believe there is a balance of welcoming new residents and change, and protecting the integrity of our community and existing families’ interests. If you would like to be more involved in the changing neighborhood around you, we invite you to join us and participate in RPCA’s various events.
