Yesterday the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) denied developer Barry Sable’s proposed eight-home development at 331 Fountain St. The Board accepted our representation that there was no hardship to building six homes by right, and that there would be serious traffic issues due to the location and configuration of the proposed project. Our attorney did a fine job and, as always, the presence of concerned neighbors to offer testimony and support always had a positive effect.
