At Ridge Park’s December meeting, the community was presented with the new project at 6515 Ridge Avenue. This by-right 6-story, 100-unit apartment complex hosts a green roof, a fresh fruit market, and (only!) 40 parking spaces.
Despite being there to discuss design aspects, the community members voiced their concerns about the size of this project, safety issues during and after construction, home values and privacy concerns.
